- The Queen of beaches, Calangute Beach, is a wide stretch of around 7 km and looks over the amazing Arabian Sea. Known to be the most commercialized beach in India, this place can hold a lot of people that come flocking to this site almost every year. The best season to visit is most probably during the winters, after the place has settled down from the monsoons.
- Only about 2 clicks away from Calangute beach, Baga Beach is a really hip place to be at. With a thriving nightlife that never stops partying and various water activities that this place provides, Baga Beach is the kind of place where you can enjoy without the trouble of over-crowding.
- Constructed in the 18th Century, St. Alex’s Church holds some of the most exquisite architecture there is in Goa. Having 7 altars and 2 magnificent towers that were erected later, this Church is an impressive example of the days of the old. A must visit when in Calangute
