Ranakpur is one of the famous tourist destinations of Rajasthan, located in the Pali district. It is located between Jodhpur and Udaipur and is located on the western side of the Aravalli range. This is the large temple with 29 halls and 1444 intricately carved pillars. No two pillars among 1444 are alike. The temple was constructed in the 15th century and is famous for the carvings on the windows depicting Jain figures. Another temple called the Pratiyon ka Mandir is also located in the temple complex. The Neminath temple, dedicated to Neminath- the 22nd Tirthnkar and the Surya Narayan Temple dedicated to Sun God are also located nearby depicting the Sun God driving his chariot of seven horses is also situated nearby. The temple of Amba Mata has located only 1 km away from the Chamukha temple.

The Thandiberi, Kumbhalgarh, Ranakakar and Roopanmata trails are few of the most famous trails for trekking.
