Before we reach Leh-Ladakh we will pass through the gorgeous Srinagar, making our way through Sonmarg reaching Kargil. We will visit Drass and the War Memorial to pay homage to our heroes. We will test our riding skills on the highest motorable pass, Khardung La pass and zoom through the gorgeous Nubra Valley before we reach the fantastic Pangong lake. We spend the night at Pangong in camps under the clear sky and on our way back from the lake we will witness fresh snowfall at Chang La and head back to Leh with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Day 1 Srinagar
Arrive in Srinagar and check in at the hotel. The first day is for acclimatization. The whole day is at leisure. Our representative will meet and greet you in the hotel itself. Explore Srinagar Dal Lake, beautiful gardens and floating markets. Enjoy the evening by Dal lake. The Shikara ride in Dal lake is worth going for. Briefing in the evening by Road Captain about the journey. Enjoy Dinner and overnight stay. Note: Stay can be changed from Srinagar to Sonmarg (which is 70 km from Srinagar) depending on the situation of Srinagar at that time.
Day 2 Srinagar/Sonmarg to Kargil (200 KM)
Srinagar – Sonamarg – Zoji La Pass- Gumri Post – Drass – Kargil war memorial- Kargil Srinagar - Sonamarg - Zoji La - Drass - Kargil. Wake up early and start your journey towards Kargil after breakfast. We will cross through Sonmarg and Zojila pass today; a very tough ride. We will halt at Drass and pay homage to our War Heroes at Kargil War Memorial situated at Drass sector where the 1999 war was fought. Reach kargil by evening. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 3 Kargil to Leh (211 km)
Khaltse - Lamayuru - Fotu La - Nimmu. After an early wake up and breakfast, we start our journey. Today the ride will be smooth and along beautiful roads, We will cross through Fotu La, Namki La, Lamayuru and Moonland. This route offers some breathtaking Landscapes. On our way, we will cross magnetic Hills and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. The famous Hall of fame will also fall en-route. Reach Leh by evening. Enjoy Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Leh
Rest day for leisure. Wake up late and after breakfast enjoy your day. Explore the main attractions in the city. On this day you are free to explore Leh, visit markets and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hills, Hall of fame, Shanti stupa, Thiksey Monastery, Alchi Choskor Monastery, Likir Monastery, Leh Royal Palace, and local Tibetan market. Dinner will be served at the Hotel. Enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Leh to Khardung-La to Nubra Valley (Hunder) (120 KM)
Leh – South Pullu – Khardung La Pass – North Pullu – Khardung Village – Khalsar Village - Sumur – DiskitMonastary – Hunder (Nubra Valley). Start early morning after breakfast. Head towards Khardung-La pass (18380 Ft.), the highest motorable road in the world. Further on we continue the journey towards Nubra Valley. Next halt will be at Siachen base Camp at North Pullu. Enjoy the scenic beauty and reach the sand dunes to capture a beautiful evening. Hunder is most popular for the camel rides in the high altitude cold desert. The camel safaris are done on Bactrian Double-humped Camels which are a reminder of the ancient era of the Silk Route trade. Reach the hotel by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra with a bonfire.
Day 6 Nubra valley to Turtuk & Back to Nubra valley (80 KM)
Hunder (Nubra Valley) - Turtuk - Nubra Valley. Enjoy yummy organic breakfast in Hunder and explore nearby destinations. Hunder to Turtuk is nothing less than exceptional. Apart from being remote, Turtuk is unique for various reasons. While most of Ladakh is a Buddhist dominated area, Turtuk follows Islam as its primary religion. Everything from apricots, apples, tomatoes, cauliflowers, and cabbages grow in Turtuk. Turtuk is a gallery of unspeakable beauty. It is a colorful portrait. The last big village before Turtuk is Bogdang, a largely Sufia Noorbakhshia dominated area, where no one was allowed to buy a television until recently. Later we return back to Nubra valley. Enjoy your stay with lots of local stories of this area.
Day 7 Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso (120 KM)
Hunder (Nubra Valley) – Diskit Village – Khalsar Village – Agham Village – Shyok Village – Durbuk – Tangtse – Spangmik (Pangong Tso). Enjoy the most yummy food in middle of nowhere. After breakfast we will go to sand dunes enjoy the Bacteria camel ride and photo shoot at Diskit. This is the famous silk route. After some fun, start the journey towards Pangong Lake. This route is less travelled by but the most adventurous one. Be ready to test your riding skills. Reach Pangong Lake by afternoon. The camps are the best place to stay in Pangong. Enjoy the scenic beauty of famous lakes, the view from the camp is majestic. Spend evening in Camps at the lake where you can enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 8 Pangong -Tso to Leh (140 km)
Spangmik (Pangong Tso) – Tangtse – Tsoltak – Chang La – Sakti – Karu – Leh. After breakfast, we will go to a point made famous by the Bollywood movie '3 Idiots' at Pangong lake. Enjoy the photo shoot at the lake and be ready with your cameras and phone to click pics. The view in the morning will take your breath away. After some fun at the lake, start your journey towards Leh. We will cross Chang La today (another high pass), so be ready to witness fresh snowfall at this point and halt for Tea in the middle. Start the journey again and reach Leh by evening. Stay overnight in a hotel where your dinner will be served.
Day 9 Leh
After breakfast head towards your homes. Today is the last day, and your last chance to say goodbye to all the participants who will surely be your friends for life as you depart with lots of amazing memories.

Terms and Conditions for tours as per the organizing vendors. The refund and cancellation policy will be explained in detail by the vendors. Advisory information will be provided before the commencement of the tour. For any further queries, you can contact Wheelstreet or the vendors.
  • Only Team members have the right to take the decisions depending on: Any cost (Transportation/ Accommodation) arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes or change in law) is to be borne by the clients, which is payable on the spot.
  • Trip schedule is subjected to change as per road, weather and other unavoidable conditions so take a day or two in buffer
  • Customers will be responsible for their own luggage.
  • There will be no cancellation taking place unless WheelStreet cancels the trip. In case of such an incident WheelStreet will make sure the rest of the process is handled smoothly.
  • 40% of the total estimated bill is refundable until 30 days before the tour starts
  • Above the stipulated time, 20% will be reimbursed
  • A deposit of 50% of the total estimated bill is required to confirm the booking at least 90 days before the tour starts and the Due amount will be paid on the 1st day of introduction/paper work
