Overview

This tour has some of the most captivating sights to offer. Once you reach Leh, the gorgeous sights and stunning attractions will keep coming as you ride to Nubra Valley, we will halt at Diskit and spend some time on the bacterian camel rides. Later via the highest motorable pass we visit the mind boggling beauty that is the Pangong Tso before heading back from the mountains.

Itinerary
Day 1 Leh
Arrival in Leh and check into the hotel. First day is for acclimatization. Whole day is at leisure. Our representative will meet and greet you in the Hotel. Explore the markets at Leh but today you need to give rest to your body . Briefing in the evening by Road Captain about the journey. Enjoy Dinner and overnight stay. Second half day is for local sight seeing.
Day 2 Leh (Local Sightseeing)
Day at leisure.Wake up late and after breakfast enjoy your day. Explore the main attractions in the city .On this day you are free to explore Leh, visit markets and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hills, Hall of Fame, Shanti stupa, Thiksey Monastery, Alchi Choskor Monastery, Likir Monastery, Leh Royal Palace, and local Tibetan market evening will be at leisure. Dinner will be served at Hotel. Enjoy your overnight stay.
Day 3 Leh to Khardung-La – Diskit to Nubra Valley (Hunder) (120 KM)
Leh – South Pullu – Khardung La Pass – North Pullu – Khardung Village – Khalsar Village - sumur– Diskit Monastary – Hunder (Nubra Valley). Start early morning after breakfast to Khardung La pass 18380 Ft. The highest motorable road in the World. Further we continue the journey towards Nubra Valley. Next halt will be at Siachen base Camp at North pullu. Enjoy the scenic beauty and reach the sand dunes to capture a beautiful evening. Hunder is most popular for the camel rides in the high altitude cold desert. The camel safaris are done on Bactrian Double-humped Camels which remind us of the bygone era of Silk Route trade. Reach hotel by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra with bonfire.
Day 4 Nubra valley - Turtuk & Back - Nubra
Nubra valley (80 KM) Hunder (Nubra Valley)- Turtuk- Nubra Valley. Enjoy yummy organic breakfast in Hunder and explore near by destinations. Hunder to Turtuk is nothing less than exceptional. Apart from being remote, Turtuk is unique for various reasons. While whole of Ladakh is a Buddhist dominated area, Turtuk follows Islam as its primary religion. Everything from apricots, apples, tomatoes, cauliflowers, and cabbages grow in Turtuk. Turtuk is a gallery of unspeakable beauty, it is a colourful portrait. The last big village before Turtuk is Bogdang, a largely Sufia Noorbakhshia dominated area, where no one was allowed to buy a television until recently. Later we return back to Nubra valley. Enjoy your stay with lots of local stories of this area.
Day 5 Nubra Valley - Pangong Tso-(120 KM)
Hunder (Nubra Valley) – Diskit Village – Khalsar Village – Agham Village – Shyok Village – Durbuk – Tangtse – Spangmik (Pangong Tso). Enjoy the most yummy food in the middle of no where. After breakfast we will go to the sand dunes to enjoy the bacterian camel ride and photo shoot at Diskit. This is the famous silk route. After some fun, start the journey towards Pangong lake. The route is less travelled, but the most adventurous one. Be ready to test your riding skills. Reach Pangong Lake by afternoon. The camps are the best place to stay in Pangong, enjoy the scenic beauty of the most famous lake, the view from the camp is majestic. Spend evening in Camps at the lake. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in camp.
Day 6 Pangong -Tso - Leh (140 km)
Spangmik (Pangong Tso) – Tangtse – Tsoltak – Chang La – Sakti – Karu – Leh. After breakfast we will go the famous point (3 Idiots) at Pangong lake, enjoy the photo shoot at the lake, Be ready with your cameras and phones to click pics. The view in the morning will take your breath away. After some fun at the lake, start journey towards Leh, We will cross Chang La today another high pass, be ready to witness fresh snowfall at this point, halt for Tea in the middle. Start the journey again and reach Leh by evening. Stay overnight in the hotel. Dinner will be served in the hotel only.
Day 7 Leh
After breakfast head towards your home destination. Today is the last day to say goodbye to all the participants who will be your friends for life. Depart with lots of memories.

Terms and Conditions for tours as per the organizing vendors. The refund and cancellation policy will be explained in detail by the vendors. Advisory information will be provided before the commencement of the tour. For any further queries, you can contact Wheelstreet or the vendors.
  • Only Team members have the right to take the decisions depending on: Any cost (Transportation/ Accommodation) arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes or change in law) is to be borne by the clients, which is payable on the spot.
  • Trip schedule is subjected to change as per road, weather and other unavoidable conditions so take a day or two in buffer
  • customer will be responsible for their own luggage
  • There will be no cancellation taking place, unless WheelStreet cancels the trip. In case of such an incident, WheelStreet will make sure the rest of the process is handled smoothly.
  • 40% of the total estimated bill is refundable until 30 days before the tour starts
  • Above the stipulated time, 20% will be reimbursed
  • A deposit of 50% of the total estimated bill is required to confirm the booking at least 90 days before the tour starts and the Due amount will be paid on the 1st day of introduction/paper work
